Professional and high quality work from Refined Rides. Look no further for your interior ambient lighting and dashcam needs. My car feels updated having retrofitted dynamic ambient lighting and protected with the dashcam installed on my CLS63. From initial phone conversations with Raf he spent time with me to understand my needs, explain in detail the installation process, and answer the many questions I had to put my mind at ease. I sent over some videos of the same vehicle that had retrofitted ambient lighting and it was evident these guys were experts, explaining the video I sent was fiber and not LED. I spoke to 5 companies in London who specialise in ambient lighting and was pleased with the responses I received from Refined Rides on their professionalism, customer care, and detailed knowledge of their craft. I chose Refined Rides and they were able to fit me in on a tight schedule taking their time with the installation to do a proper job. I travelled over from north west London and on the day of installation I was able to use their sofa/waiting area to work with my laptop with the installation taking place. Fahad and Raf were super transparent and respectful taking into account my needs of making things look subtle, no glares, and no drilling. I was pleased to hear Fahad say he was a perfectionist. The team were polite and asked me if I wanted to eat anything, very respectful and kind of them. The dashcam they had available was not equipped with a parking monitor function as previously discussed, and I was informed of this human error during the day in an open and honest conversation, and to check back in a few weeks once a new dashcam was obtained. At this time the team went ahead and did the hardwiring elements for the front/rear dashcam for when I returned in the future. Since the installation a portion of the driver side LED came out of the trim and I noticed spotting/seeing the individual LED dots on the passenger side strip. I called Fahad to let Refined Rides know about the problem and to arrange for a dashcam installation. I was met with the 1 year guarantee being honoured as discussed with no qualms or issues, offering a replacement of the LED strip on the passenger side. It was a professional, courteous and honest chat. The LED strip coming out of the driver side has been fixed including the passenger side, and the front/rear dashcam has been installed with the hardwiring kit all done professionally and without seeing any of the wiring. I highly recommend Refined Rides. They do a clean, professional installation, and fully stand behind their commitment to high quality standards with their warranty/guarantee on the product. Their customer care, attention to detail, and passion for the craft really shines through with what they're creating. I went to Refined Rides to get Ambient lights installed on my car. As I arrived I was greeted warmly & was given a variety of options for me to choose from. Once I made my decision to go with the dynamic package, the team got to work straight away. They were very professional & helpful as they were explaining to me the process along the way & answering any questions I had. Whilst in the process one of the engineers noticed that my dash cam wasn’t wired correctly which was previously installed by Halfords, he showed me the problem then quickly wired it to where it was supposed to be. The job was done shortly after & it’s completely changed the inside of my car making my car look brand new!
